Withdrawal: information and online function
The withdrawal policy explains requirements, deadlines and consequences. In addition, you can submit a withdrawal using the electronic function provided by law.
Whether a statutory right of withdrawal exists depends on the legal requirements and exceptions in the individual case. Certain individually made goods may be excluded from the right of withdrawal.
Legal basis +
Section 356a BGB governs the electronic withdrawal function. Section 355 BGB contains the general rules on withdrawal. Art. 246a § 1 (2) and (3) EGBGB governs information duties concerning the right of withdrawal and its exceptions. Section 312g (2) no. 1 BGB may exclude goods made to individual specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs from the statutory right of withdrawal.
